Plasma fibroblast technology has revolutionised the aesthetics industry. Plasma Fibroblast is a non surgical skin tightening treatment that shrinks, tightens and reduces the overall volume of excess skin by targeting the fibroblast cells in the dermis that is just below the outer layer of skin. Our device does not have to touch the skin to work and this produces far less trauma to the skin than other contact devices. Instead the machine ionises oxygen and nitrogen to produce a plasma flash and this targeted sublimation process forms micro dots on top of the skin to shrink and tighten the targeted area. The micro dots usually last around a week to 10 days. After they have naturally fallen you will notice that the treated area is pink, this is your new collagen. Over the next few weeks you will notice the area rejuvenating and your own natural skin colour returning. Clinical trials have proven through empirical knowledge that the skin can continue to tighten for up to 12 months from one single treatment. 1-3 treatments are recommended 3 months apart to allow for the area to completely heal. During your consultation you will be advised regarding the recommended amounts of treatments needed to achieve your desired results. Results can last up to 3 years depending on your lifestyle. A maintenance treatment is recommended every 12-18 months to keep the treated area as rejuvenated as possible. Please note that you must book a consultation at least 48 hours prior to booking your treatment and if more than 3 months has elapsed since your last treatment. You MUST book the anaesthetic option at the same time as booking this treatment. Plasma Fibroblast treatment works well with HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) depending on your needs. HIFU targets the deepest layers of the skin and Plasma targets the more superficial layers.
