Refund & Return Policy-Please Read

At Lady May Aesthetics Limited we constantly and consistently strive to ensure your complete satisfaction every time you shop with us.  Sometimes you may want to return your items and we would be very happy to help.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all Products you may return, subject to being within 30 days of the purchase date.

We will happily accept the returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase, and will issue a refund once the items have been received.

All products returned must be unopened and with the packaging in it’s original state.

Please contact us at carol@ladymayaesthetics.co.uk with a picture of your order clearly shown in your possession and a member of our team will provide instructions for returns within 5 working days.

We do not cover return postage cost.

A collection may be needed, these are within  10am-5pm Monday to Sunday subject to agreement of a mutually convenient time and date. It is the customers responsibility to be available and present for the collection to take place.

Delivery

A flat fee of £3.95 on all orders up to £74.99.

Shipping is free on all orders £75 or more
